Southern Acres Lawncare and Landscaping

I had one step that had sunk and was out of code. Chuck explained to me that the step would need to be removed and repoured. Instead of removing and repouring the step, Josh had his crew add 2 inches to the top of the step, resulting in a step that was still out of code. I contacted Josh and told him that the step would need to be repoured to code. He agreed. 11/11/23 - Josh said they will be out in 1 week to repour the step. Never happened. 11/27/23 - Josh said they will be out in 1 week to repour the step. Never happened. 12/7/23 - Josh said they will be out that weekend to repour the step. Never happened. 1/8/24 - I sent a message to Josh asking if I needed to take legal action to get him out to my house to repair the concrete step. He apologized and said that I was his top priority this week. The repair never happened. 2/24/24 - Received a message from Josh stating that he was putting me on the spring schedule to have the repair done. Nothing happened. 6/23/24 - ??

The team did an amazing job on my front landscaping area! It looks so clean & fresh, and I was very pleased with the work completed. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

The job was professionally done and on time, what I liked the most is that they adjust to, and understand customer needs and reasonable.

he was going to install water irrigation and 8000 square feet. concerns about the proper amount of sprinkler heads and try to meet him to discuss if he needs to add and he said that he will come but the sod delivered today and now he resisted to answer the phone calls and he replied to text message to tell that he will not come. the irrigation system is not fully operational. so he did not finish the job i paid in full and sod has a shelf life that needed to be installed today.

So disappointed. The man seemed nice but did not provide services he promised. He doesn't have the knowledge, experience, or time management skills needed to provide landscaping services. Part of his fee included follow up which was never provided despite multiple requests on my part. Plants delivered were poor quality. I'm actually angry at myself for hiring him.

Southern Acres & crew did an amazing job on our outdoor kitchen and deck. They were punctual, informative, and professional throughout the entire process. I will be hiring them again for future projects, and our neighbor has requested a design for their home as well. Joshua is quite this visionary and will walk you through the process with ease.

I needed an extensive clean up on all my beds and around my home and they made sure all my needs were met before they finished up. They did a very good job with communicating with me every step of the way. Everyone I talked to from the company was very respectful and knowledgeable.

Joshua and Zach came out to consult with me when no one else would. They were both very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was kept informed of their daily progress and they were finished in a timely manner. Both of them were very courteous. I would definitely recommend their services.

Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome of our project. Southern Acres were very professional, came up with a very nice landscaping plan for our backyard, showed up when they said they would, stayed on task and completed the project in the timeframe they laid out.
