+ -1 moreThey've done an excellent job. They're good and they're honest so they're recommendable. They're legit and they're busy all the time. I'd go back to them again. The price to us was fair. They know their business. They are out there for you. They're very upfront on how long it's gonna be and you can relax during that time because you know they're gonna do it. They do what they say they're gonna do and they tell you upfront what it's gonna cost. They give you what you ask for and they tell you what it's gonna cost.
Description of Work: The last thing they did was that they put a hard drive in the computer then they added more space.

+ -1 moreThey were recommended by the University of Tennessee. The service was good. They spent quality time and I really liked their willingness to solve the problem. They followed through and resolved the issue at a very reasonable price.
Description of Work: My wife's computer crashed. The hard drive failed. They diagnosed the problem, removed the hard drive, and suggested how to get the data that did not work. They later recovered the data in the shop.
