Kenner is the only tree service I would use. They are courteous and efficient, and do a great job cleaning up after the job is done.

Mr. and Mrs. Kenner both came to my home. I quizzed them on their knowledge of tree trimming and found them to be very knowledgable and to be certified arborists, not just tree trimmers. They thoroughly explained the process of trimming my trees and recommend that it would be better for the trees to wait until January or February to do the work. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction as far as their equipment possible damaging my lawn, safety issues, their credentials and more. They agreed to leave the trimmed portions as mulch rather than hauling it away. I received an email from them after their visit with the estimate of $100 per hour and that it would take about 3 hours to complete the work. I emailed back with saying that I would take their suggestion to wait until January or February to do the job, I asked how much notice they would require to schedule the work and how much they charge for mulch as a neighbor wanted to purchase some. I never received a reply. I emailed again on February 26, 2011 to schedule the work but, again, I never received a phone call or email reply. Because of their knowledge and price, I would give them another try, but I was not impressed with their responsiveness and lack of communication.

They are great. They are very reasonably priced. The crew was very nice, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves.

The entire project went extremely well. The large tree was in an awkward area in our back yard. Several contractors no quoted the job. Kenner took it on and did an absolutely great job. The cleanup was fantastic with no debris left behind. The scope of work also included stump removal of 3 trees. Only complaint was the lack of response at times as to status of quote, took some time to receive it.

Excellent results. The tree was taken down with as little mess as possible and after cleanup you couldn't tell any work had been down, except for empty space where tree used to be. They were polite and arrived on time.
