+ -1 moreIt was so great to be able to use my laptop again after I had forgotten the password and been locked out of it for 2 years. He had the laptop fixed in less than 30 minutes. He removed the viruses that were slowing down my desktop. John was very easy to talk to, and helped me to understand what he was doing and how to use the anti-virus program and avoid viruses.
Description of Work: Made a house call and reset the password on my laptop that I was locked out of, scanned and loaded an anti-virus program on my desktop computer, and gave me some general advice when needed.
