John and crew did a great job restoring my pavers for the front and back porches, trim around the porches that finished them off, step made for access to the back porch and a railing leading up to the front porch.

Crew very professional and thorough. Get in and get the job completedâ donâ t just talk and socialize. Concentrate on the work to be done. If not satisfied with a product theyâ re using, they switch to a different one for a better job. Very pleased with them and their work.

Deck Maintenance and Re-Build - Woodpecker Builders John replaced many boards on the two decks length of our house, removed vertical posts and replaced with horizontal cables to improve our view of the golf course. He and his team power washed the decks, sanded and re-stained the decks. John is a wonderful communicator, a pleasure to work with, and his prices are reasonable. John is going to work with us on another project in the near future. I highly recommend Woodpecker Builders.

I called to get an estimate to have some work done on gutters,, sun porch and ramp. He scheduled a time to take a look to give estimate. Polite, knowledgeable and listen d to what I needed done. He sent the estimate in a timely manner, I was happy with the bid and contacted him. He came the next week and did the gutter work and told me the rest would be two or three weeks when weather was better. Just as promised he contacted me, set a date and work began. When I came home, it looked amazing, he chose the color and it was great! I was so pleased, I showed him another project and he is getting an estimate together for it. If you want someone who is honest, fair in pricing and does quality work, he is the man!!

They were great. They showed up at 8:00 every morning and worked all day on the project. Friendly and would ask my approval on work that was done. My porches were stained to perfection and they pressure washed my whole house and shed. Would have them do more work for me. Their prices and work ethics I would rate a 10, as well as their professional work standards.

Came out the same day to look at the job and give an estimate. After we accepted his bid, he and a helper came out the next day and completed the project. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

John and his crew did a great job on repairing several sections of rail and uprights on our deck. We expected a full day of them working, but they finished in less than half a day. John also went ahead and took care of a number of smaller "fixes" that he found along the way. He and his crew were professional, friendly and courteous, and answered any questions we had as the work progressed. When done, they did a great job cleaning up before they left. It was a pleasant experience to work with this knowledgeable, professional and down-to-earth friendly crew.
