Even though I thought his prices were very high, I needed someone to fertilize and get my lawn into shape. I had only been in my new home a couple of months. The issue with Roger was him not doing what he said he would. He promised me an estimate for a drainage problem and to lay sod in the front and back of my home. He told me it would take a couple of days. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. This was the third time he failed to either come over or call and I was fed up. When he did show up his reason was insulting..."I was just too busy." I was amazed! This guy bragged about all the work he had and made me feel like my property wasn't worth his time or effort. A big turn around from when we originally met stating I wouldn't have to worry about my property...that he'd take care of everything. Once he had my money he was horrible. I have someone else who really cares about the job he does here and I'm happy. I feel I was ripped off.
