Hugh was punctual and very careful. There were no surprises due to his thorough pre-estimate walk through and measurements. The floors look great and will last for years!

We selected Hugh to refinish our floors due to a good price and his impressive list of projects and references. He and his partner did exactly what they promised and kept us informed throughout the process. We were preparing to sell our house and our realtor suggested that refinishing the floors would give us a much better chance of selling quickly. The floors turned out beautiful and we sold the house immediately.Note: Our house was empty before the work began which made it much less painful. Make sure you plan for: 1) Lack of access 2) Dust due to sanding (in spite of their best efforts to capture the dust)

A friend of mine referred me to them actually. They were thorough, they did good jobs and ended how I expected them to do. They cleaned up nicely as well. I was happy with the works they did.

The floors were sanded and finished. The crew worked very well with us and our schedule to get us back into the house as soon as possible.

The job was started on Monday morning and Hugh the floor refinisher, who has 27-years constant experience, and his assistant Donnie, who has 17-years constant experience, were on time. They used a Swedish refinishing belt sander and oil-based Swedish polyurethane satin finish to refinish my 48-year-old hardwood flooring. Hugh was a running a tad late one morning and gave me a courtesy phone call to advise when he expected to arrive. Hugh and Donnie completed the job on Friday morning. The refinish job was better than I expected with an excellent finish that looks brand new.
