Marshall and his helper gave us some options and talked to us about the pros and cons of each. They finished the job and were extremely professional and kind. I would definitely recommend this company.

He was wonderful. He came over and was telling me what he thought I needed to do. He said he’d be able to do it and gave me other names as well so that I could get comparative estimates. This was such a major job, he said to go get estimates. I was so impressed that he did that. He even talked to the people at the state to see if they would adjust what I needed to do so that it wouldn’t cost me as much money. He called before he showed up and came when he was supposed to.

Marshal! was prompt when arriving to give estimate as well as for job.He explained everything wonderfully.He completed the job when he said he would and there were no surprises.We were not even required to be home during the job!.

We were very pleased with our contractor's punctuality. He set up an appointment to give us a free estimate and he was very prompt. Mr. Graves was very knowledgeable about our septic issues. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining to us what needed to be done. We felt very confident that he would do a great job for us. We discussed it and decided to use Graves Excavating Septic. He put us on the schedule and arrived exactly when he said he would. Our tank needed to be pumped, and he arranged that as well. We were able to have our system repaired. Mr. Graves located the system and determined that only our first line was full. We had enough system left to last us for many years-he just had to make it accessible. Everything is working wonderfully. He was very careful and did not leave a mess. We will be telling our friends to call him. Expertise and great service is very important to us. We could not be happier!

When they arrived, we lifted the lid and the water was no longer standing in the riser. Mr. Graves recommended I not have any work done at this time and just keep an eye on it and to call him if it plugs up again. He did not charge me anything.

We paid for the service of this company, and they never finished the work. We were not able to get a hold of them again, and I am very dissatisfied with this company. I can not believe how untrustworthy they were. I can not comment on the work besides what was done which was about only half of the yard and honestly it wasn't bad. I just can't get over the fact that they ripped us off.
