COLLINS TREE SERVICE

I found Collins Tree Service by searching Angie's List. We had one very tall oak tree that was close to our house with large branches overhanging the driveway. The tree was half dead and was becoming a safety hazard. Another tall tree was split at the base with half the tree on our property and the other half on the adjoining property. This tree, which was also dying, had branches hanging over our house. Removal of both trees required a great amount of skill because of both the height of the trees and the close proximity to our house. Additionally, we could only have the portion of the one tree removed that was on our property. David gave us an estimate which was on par with another estimate we had received; however, the recommendation from Angie's List helped us to make our decision to hire Collins Tree Service. David and his crew were punctual and worked very hard at making sure that there was no damage to our house or to nearby shrubs when dropping large branches and eventually the trees. They cleaned up the debris at the end of each day and left the yard spotless upon completing the job. We have already recommended Collins Tree Service to our neighbors who had a similar situation.

I had some storm damage and one of the trees had fallen onto my fence. These guys were priced much more reasonable than the others that I spoke with. I have used them before so I knew I could trust their work. They offered to grind the stumps for only another $50 a piece and I declined, but that was a good price too. They were very hard working and cleaned up real nice.
