Willie Ritch Painting

He is sort of a contractor by himself. His name is Willie Ritch and he seems to have quite an operation. He is very good and I recommend him to all my friends. He basically does painting but he will do anything. He does anything that I suggest to him. We used him extensively about a year ago. We wanted to replace six windows in the front of the house and put in double-paned windows. He happened to be painting the house on the interior while I was looking at that project. We had done some estimates for someone to come in and do the windows for us. I told Willie about the estimate given by someone and he raised his eyebrows and told me that I could do it for a lot less. He gave me the phone number and address of a place downtown where the guy who I had hired was going to buy the windows himself. I got an estimate and that particular contractor was going to go to this particular place and buy the windows anyway. Willie just told me where it was. It is a little factory outlet place and he showed me exactly what I I had wanted ordered. So, I went down there myself and they ordered them for me, and it all worked out very well. I replaced all six windows. I went in and ordered the materials and then he told me how to do the windows myself. He was right there and he described it all for me. I did it, and then I ran into one little snag, and he came over and fixed that. I ended up saving about 50 percent on my estimate per window. Our guy wanted $300 per window and I ended up doing it for $150 a window. Willie could very easily have just said nothing and kept painting the inside of my house and let me do it. He goes very far above and beyond. He is our first call if there is anything that needs to be done in this house. We have recommended him around the neighborhood and he has worked on several houses around the neighborhood already and our friends have all said that they just loved him.
