Honey Do Handyman

Called Tim Rapp. He gave estimate. We accepted. Roof has leaked since installation. He came out 6 times at least to fix it. Never did. Last time he said to report the leak to our insurance company as caused my high winds, not his shoddy work. We refused to participate in this fraud. Told him to not come out again. We didn't want to be involved with a person who resorted to criminal activity. Although his card said he was bonded and insured, he was neither. The only insurance he had was on his vehicle and the possible theft of materials while on the job. Pending civil case in Pickett County suing him for shoddy workmanship. Roof is still leaking. Have photographs showing his shoddy work and use of inferior materials.

We live in a log home, so the logs were uneven. We had a real problem since our walls were not lined up. He did an excellent job in making things straight. He had to bring the walls out to meet the counters so everything would line up.
