hardwood floor
 + -1 moreSee above detailed explanation. He has our money so we believe he has no plans to finish the job. If he doesn't complete the project, we will take him to small claims court. DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM?
Description of Work: Refinished hardwood floors in Dec. 1, 2014. But still had 3 things to come back to finish. He did 2 of the 3 things in April, 2015. Unfortunately, we went ahead and paid him $800 to do all 3 things. We have called him several times to come back to finish the third thing. He promised he would be there at 10:30 a.m. yesterday, May, 15, 2015. He never showed up. Actually last Dec. 1, 2015, we paid him over $4,000. He has our home phone and cell phone numbers. Every time we talk to him he claims he has called us several times. Both of those phones have caller ID as well as voice mail. He has NOT called either phone number. We want him to come back and finish the job that we have paid for, or refund $400.00 to us. He is either not telling the truth, or is calling the wrong number.

 + -1 moreThey were out within 2 days. The guy that came out was real, real nice. I will probably call him when we're ready to put the floors down on our new townhome.
Description of Work: He came out and gave me an estimate on some hardwood floors that I had done. It was a free estimate. He left me his card and paperwork. Since I had the materials, he said the charge wouldn't change whether I did it today or six months from now. He said he would just charge charge for labor and the price wouldn't change. He said the estimate wouldn't change until we decided to do it.
