+ -1 moreIn my opinion Jeff the owner of JB dirt works is a very honest individual. He came out to a property that I was looking to purchase and explained in a very professionally that the development costs were going to be greater than the value of the property and encouraged me to continue looking. I found a second property and he came out and evaluated the work made several suggestions on how to keep the costs of developing the land to get it builder ready and even called me with more ideas that evening. When I work with someone who puts my interests in the forefront of the project I would definitely hire them and that is what Jeff has done. Also I failed to mention the properties he has been out to see were very sloped and had many mature trees that I was looking to avoid cutting down. Another words difficult work to say the least.
Description of Work: Analysis of a potential build. Timeline, costs and very good suggestions of how to stay on a budget for the build.
