Excellent! Travis, the owner gave us a competitive price. The workmanship was top notch. They did the work in a timely manner and they left my yard immaculate. Most importantly, Travis identified dangerous wiring and discovered that the original builders never grounded the electrical components. It was a miracle, no one had been electrocuted in the 14 years we owned our pool. We highly recommend Triad Pools!

Sales process was great, company over promised their delivery capability. Consistently took many phone calls and contractor support calls to finish the pool. Once finished, continued to have issues with various parts of the system. Clearly was deemed a nuisance and spoken to very rudely. Employees are fairly disgruntled as well and openly discuss problems within the organization.

We decided to use Triad because of Travis. He is very thorough and conscientious. Our project took a little bit longer than we planned (unusually rainy summer), but the finished product was worth the wait. They were extremely helpful after the build with explanations of how to operate/clean/add chemicals. I still call occasionally with questions and they are very responsive.

They did a good job. I definitely felt their service was worth while. They got somebody out here within about two days, which was nice. They figured out the problem right away. It only took about two hours to get the job done. We've used the pool service for quite awhile now.
