Short and sweet….. Jacob and Isiah: — Were on time (actually 15 minutes early); — Were polite and respectful; — Had the tools and parts on the truck; — Were careful and cleaned up as they went; — Billed for actual time (not a minimum charge) and reasonable parts charges. I spent close to 40 years in construction management and quality control and rarely have I seen more efficient and competent workmanship. We’d use Superior again without hesitation.

Our main water pipe to home cracked so we had to turn off our water totally. I called them and they came over quickly and were quick to fix it despite being very busy with other business(due the urgent nature of our problem). They were professional and responsive.

Everything went well

We did not have a good experience with them, since they decided they weren't going to do the work for us. They said we took too long to decide. We took a couple of weeks. They got an inspector out here and went over everything. He came out twice and talked to me. The owner of the company said the inspector is just the salesman and he wasn't nice to my husband about it. They said they didn't have people to cut the concrete for them so they could do the plumbing because some workers had quit on them. I got some concrete people to come out and called them to tell them, but they said they still couldn't do it. They just didn't want the job. He was supposed to call us back and didn't. That's just rude. I canceled with another company because I was going to go with them. So now I have to wait until January to get the work done by another company. They said they were going to do it, and then they said they weren't. It's just not a way to do business.

Two men arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. Despite a couple of challenges a 55 year old house can bring, the job was done very nicely, and within the price quoted. They cleaned up their mess and were on their way. I would highly recommend them.
