this company is a total rip off and they destroyed as much as they remodeled.

Minix builders does high quality work at fair pricing. I have had him do multiple projects, and he will be remodeling my master bathroom in a few weeks.. I am a do it yourselfer and am 72 years old and I know how to do electrical and other carpentry etc., but there are some thing I would rather hire someone else to do. I have found that Minoix Builder do thing right and don't cut corners, or nickel and dime you for minor changes. His pricing is very fair and his work is very high quailty. Minix will let you do the parts of a project that you want to do to save money. On my garage conversion I did the electrical and the final room trim. I have and will continue to recomend him to my neighbors and friends.

Mr. Minix Per our conversation on Saturday, June 30, 2018 we have decided that it is in our best interest to end our contractual agreement with you for the following reasons: You have repeatedly refused to complete the caulking of the upstairs of our home as part of your contractual obligation to do all the baseboard and trim downstairs and upstairs. You have repeatedly refused to paint the eves on the exterior of our home as part of your contractual obligation to paint the exterior of the house. You have repeatedly refused to repair the shower pan so that it drains evenly from all of the corners, does not have any sharp edges around the drain and does not have any broken pieces as part of your contractual obligation. You have improperly cut our custom cabinets without our express permission and tried to hide the damage from the kitchen sink cabinet. Without first consulting us, you walked away from our remodeling project to go and work on another, As a result our project has been left unfinished for more than 8 weeks. Any one of these statements individually and all of them collectively constitutes a breach of contract. We will hire as necessary sub-contractors to complete the above mentioned items and whatever else remains of the remodeling project. Upon completion we will send you copies of said sub-contractors bills and the balance due after paying them to you in a cashiers check.

We purchased a home with a 203K loan and did a complete remodel of the house from top to bottom. Matt and his crew were professional, on-time, on-budget and did great work. Matt went out of his way to help us with some unexpected things that popped up during the remodel and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Matt also has a great eye for style and function when we needed someone to help us brainstorm/plan.. We would happily recommend Matt to anyone and will use him in the future for any of our projects!

He's a building contractor. He actually does several different things. These are all repairs that we had to make in order to get the house HUD compliant and livable. As far as Matt goes, I do have two more jobs that he's going to be doing, as finances allow. He's a little independent business, very, very reliable, very honest and very trustworthy. I felt that his price was extremely fair. He was more than happy to do whatever was necessary to make sure we could afford the bill and get the work done. The quality of his work was very good quality as well. He was always very responsive, very easy for me to contact, and if there was any kind of an issue he was always out there to make sure that he got it fixed. This guy had to jump through so many hoops and bend over backwards to meet HUD requirements but he actually did it with a smile on his face and I was completely blown away.

I hired Minix Builders because they hired me as their electrician on one of their home building projects, and I noticed that they did excellent work on it. I did all my own electrical work on my own house (as well as painting), while Minix Builders did all the rest of the work. They did a great job, and I am completely satisfied with the way my home turned out.

They were at our house about 9 weeks and did a great job! They were very nice to work with and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I went through approximately 30 contractors before I found Minix Builders. He worked with me on a project budget to enable me to afford the building I wanted. He did an exceptional job; the work was done in record time (approximately 7 weeks from ground breaking to habitation). Example, he finished the framing, walls, roof and metal on the roof in 4 days without a crew; he did it himself with no mistakes. His work ethic is excellent and he pays close attention to detail; the quality of his work is exemplary. I intend to recommend this contractor to others as well as use his services in future projects.
