They told me they would call me back. They did not call back and I tried to call them back and their voicemail is full.

Tom Gibbs and his crew were responsive and professional. They started when they promised and finished the job as stated at the beginning.

We couldn't be happier with the professionalism, timely visits and clean job during and after the repairs. The first day, I was not able to be there so the crew worked with my wife. When i got home, she proceeded to tell me how professional the staff and foreman were in answering her questions, asking before they made excessive noise and explaining what they were going to do. That, to me, was 90% of the job, just us having the confidence in them being in our home and doing what they were supposed to do with the level of quality we needed. They exceeded in all of these areas. When they were finished, the basement and crawl space were complete. They put everything back in place. As with any homeowner, we did a little more cleaning of some of the small dust left, but other than that, spotless. My main reason for writing this is that mold is a scary thing. I don't not know much about it but when we had the diagnosis confirmed, i wanted to make sure that whomever was going to fix the problem was going to be an expert and spare no expense in getting it remediated. That's why I trusted a company that is more about mold remediation. I figure they would use the right products and would engineer a solution based on the mold problem and not just reinstalling the same stuff. We also went with the spray foam insulation which has a mold barrier if I remember correctly. That stuff is really neat. Neat by it has clean looking, neat and from what I can see with my own eyes would be a much better barrier to insulating than the traditional kind. It is really cool. .I have used Breathe Green (Tom Gibbs) to deal with mold issues in FOUR locations, and I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. Initially I began seeing mold growing in a downstairs bathroom at my main residence, He agreed and undertook a demolition to remove all moldy surfaces, but I had to have another contractor remove additional walls and a shower stall. Tom did not hesitate to give me the straight information and there was no duplicity or "fast talk" which was the case with another workman who tested and tried to mislead me. Water proofing was then performed by B-Dry (excellent, fast work) and the area was re-built. Because I had an office with an extensive library, there was some mold or mildew on the books. I had HVAC ducts cleaned in both my house and at the office, and then Tom returned to "fumigate" both buildings with a brand new process involving aerosolized hydrogen peroxide. It took a day to do both spaces. Excellent work that was expensive, but I hope was well worth the time and money. Then, I had mold taking over a lake cabin, so Tom did initial demolition and clean up. I was not able to get other contractors in promptly because of other issues, so about two years passed, and the mold returned. No surprise. Tom returned with his capable crew and they proceeded to remove all mold contaminated wood and to wipe down and to save all other surfaces - overhead beams, inside cabinets, doors, closets, furniture, etc. Then, the "fumigation" process was carried out there, as well as in my lake house which is adjacent to the cabin. No mold has been seen at the latter place, but I believe it is a potential site for a problem. HVAC ducts were cleaned prior to the final mold treatment, too. The process took two days and I was well pleased with the service, professionalism and trustworthiness of the business and its employees. It's not cheap, but it is quality work.
