As I said, totally unqualified. Do not bother.
Description of Work: I actually did not use this company for any services. I am just aware this is a one man operation with no formal skills, training, or education. The web site is extremely misleading about this company's capabilities.In no way is TKD an "emerging leader". It is one individual claiming to solve computer problems or do cabling, installs, MAC support, etc...but in truth he really just asks around or Googles the problem and hopes for the best. You could do that yourself for free. Do not EVER trust a local business with a P.O. box.

Hello! As a partner in this company, I would like to address the above written review. It is very apparent and openly written that the person posting this comment has never received service from TKDComputers. This comment was posted in an effort to defame this company and as a personal attack of one of it's owners. TKDComputers employs 6 people. We have technicians certified by the software vendors we use and also to other industry related training/certifications. This company was opened by two life-long friends who shared the same interest - technology. One statement in the posting above mentioned that this is a one man operation. That statement is completely false. Secondly, I would like to address the statement regarding education, experience and/or training. We have on our staff, a former state of Tennessee employee whom their main job was to maintain the computer systems used by our very state government. Other staff members are graduates of area universities which they have degrees in various computer sciences. We have contracts with several firms in the mid-state and would be more than happy to provide any references should you request it. The companies and individuals which whom we do business with have been completely satisfied with the level of service they received from TKDComputers. That is a testament that the individual whom posted the above comments is out on a personal en devour to attack one of our owners and ultimately the company for which he has worked hard to build a great reputation for. We have reached out to Angie'sList to have this message removed, due to the fact this person has never had work completed by us and have also contacted our company's attorney regarding the continued slander, which will be addressed since ultimately the comments posted are not from a customer rather an individual out to personally attack the company. We at TKDComputers welcomes your business. We are a standing member of the Lebanon - Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and have completed work for many of our fellow chamber members. We will not let this one person belittle our company. TKDComputers has too many satisfied customers and has never received a complaint yet. We have recently sent out official Angie'sList survey's to all our customers for their reviews to be submitted, since we are new to this site. Please check back and see for yourself that the comment above is completely fabricated, false and comes from a completely ignorant individual whom has absolutely NO operating knowledge of this company, it's employees and their education and/or training and experience. Furthermore, it should stand to note that this individual has breached Angie'sList posting confirmation. It reads, "I confirm that the information contained in this is true and accurate and represents my actual first-hand experience. I understand that Angie'sList relies upon the accuracy of the information in order to service it's members...." They have submitted a comment that for one is not a first-hand experience, considering she has never had work completed by this company. Thank you so very much. We welcome your business.
