Fast, professional service at a good price.

Overall we were really pleased with our experience. However once install was done, it seemed like I was a bother if I had questions about notifications or the app. The app is not user friendly and incredibly hard to decipher. We were only able to with the help of customer service. Initially we were not given a manual or any instructions on the app. They completed all that we asked of them but only after if felt like nagging to get what we initially wanted. I would recommend them, I just would like better customer service for what we paid.

We got a response right away and an appointment within a reasonable time for a quote. We were advised about what we needed and got our needs met with what we wanted our system to do. The work was done professionally and courteously and our system was improved greatly from what we had before. We would recommend Home Protections Systems and use them again!
