SERVPRO of Wilson County

They have destroyed my entire house by never properly doing job hired for mold remediation in hvac duct unit causing to settle in flooring and spot painted every room in house so now I have to paint entire house. They also got paint all over my furniture as refused use drop sheets I provided, washed out paint brushes in kitchen sink after asking not to do, stood on countertops to paint, painted retractable pull out screen, and got paint on 2 light fixtures in kitchen, painted natural oak handrail white with streaks all over it. Used anyone they could find as can't keep employees as people on job site stated I'm with temporary agency, came from KFC and said never painted before, and general manager admitted sending known drug user to my house who to quote him "fxxxxx" everything up as I don't use that language and he said 6-7 times in my house. I have everything on videos and recordings as I informed them this is ridiculous to destroy someone's house and not fix what you messed up. They admitted 20 items they messed up and said would repair and did nothing. I tried to work with corporate as they didn't even follow own corporate policy and owner Rick Shelley as he owns several franchises and I had horrible experience with wilson county and Madison-goodlettsville. I even tried resolve with BBB better business bureau where they acknowledged the damage to my house but never answered complaint or fixed my house as only trying drag out and waste time. Run as far from this company as possible as I have heard nightmare stories from contractors trying get them to pay for work they did as Servpro didn't want to pay them for a $28,000 job. Needless to say they have caused a lot of damage to my house and left it for me to fix.
