Over spray, drips, didn't follow the paint manufacturers directions and refuses correct their substandard work after many attempts!
Description of Work: My wife and I hired these guys to paint a small deck. They arrived late, worked short hours and in the end left us with a product that looks half complete. And the paint warranty is no longer valid.

[Member Name Removed], we tried to work things out with you and your wife but to no avail. We provided more service and labor than what we were paid to do and also used a different manufacturer to please this customer. No money was ever asked for upfront. Us "showing up late, leaving drips and overspray" are all 100% falsely made accusations made by you to try and sabotage good people with families and a good locally owned and operated business. You stating we made threatening texts to your family are another accusation that is completely redicilous and false as well. You were the one that wouldn't stop texting us after numerous times of us telling you to stop and to leave us alone but you kept sending threats and information about your lawyer. After the deck was finished, you and your family looked over, in detail, the deck we stained and the job we had completed to insure our work was done to meet your expectations. Everyone was happy and you proceeded to pay us in full what we were owed. A few days later you both decided that you wanted one more coat put down on the flat surface and we were not willing to provide that service for Free.
