gutter repair
+ -1 moreTotaly unresponsive. Will not return a simple phone call!
Description of Work: GRS had done earlier work on our gutter. It was satisfactory. Early this summer I asked him to check the gutter again to see if it needed a repair. He quickly returned my call and said he would check on it. However I never heard again. I called at least a dozen times over the next month and only got an answering machine. He never returned my call. I have no idea if he is still in business, but I did receive some new advertising material. I can only assume he thought I was asking for free servise, which was not the case. I later contacted a differerent company and hired them.

+ -1 moreThe job went extremely well. The crew arrived on time and on discussing the work to be done suggested that we consider another color for the gutters and downspouts. They were correct in their assessment and voluntarily made a quick trip back to their supply point to get the new color of aluminum guttering and downspouts. The three-man very experienced team completed all the work in about six hours and left the work site in very clean condition. We were very impressed with their attention to detail, lack of damage to the property, and willingness to share information with us. I would highly recommend this company for gutter needs. My home is a two-story home and in several places they had to reach up three stories to do the work.
Description of Work: GRS Company installed approximately 207 feet of six-inch aluminum guttering and the appropriate 3 x 4 inch downspouts on my two story home.
