This was a terrible experience. The owner/operator of this company charged an exorbitant amount, nearly 3x the average for a basic septic inspection, and all he did was look at the grass to see if there was signs of sewage. He didn't run any tests and didn't bother to find the septic tank. Also, he hung up on me while we were discussing the matter. Very unprofessional. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Responded within the hour, provided 24 hour pumping to keep physician practices operational until new pump arrived. Not only replaced pump, but cleaned septic tank and cleaned up mess made by the overflow. Service was excellent, professional, and timely! I would use and recommended this company anytime
