They did not show up. I have emails of all correspondence stating that they would be here . But, no show!!

It went really well. The guys who came out were very helpful in sharing what needed to be fixed and what did not. We never felt like they were going to try bill us for more than what needed to be done. It was a very pleasant experience.

It was a great experience. G&B was very responsive and all the employees we interacted with were friendly and professional. They showed up during the prescribed timeframe and called ahead to advise they were on the way. The workers were efficient and did a really good job. Everything was cleaned up when they left. I would definitely use them again.

The work was done to my satisfaction. The total time required was 7 hours, so I needed to pay both painters additional money for the extra time. The quality of the work was worth it. I had some difficulty understanding the one painter who spoke English. Both were very polite and professional.

I got an estimate the next day but it had no price on it. Things were left out of the estimate and after I called them to get more information about getting two doors fixed and the quote ended up being $5000 which was much too high. They were very nice and on time, but I felt like there was a discrepancy in communication. I haven't heard from them in a week, so I had someone else come outand do the work for $700.

Fantastic. This company was a real surprise. I hired them for a little paint job but ended up using them on a larger remodel. Returned calls immediately and work was exceptional.

Door was fixed nicely and all parts are working properly again.

It went really well. It took them awhile to do a quote and to get to me. That was the only negative. I thought the service was really good, they were really polite, and everyone I dealt with was great. I was very pleased with the end result.

That worked out. I liked the service technician who came out. He was very good in his job. They didn't get an A because I had some difficulty in scheduling. They tried to move the appointment multiple times. They wanted to push it out like couple of months to the end of June. The work was fine. The service that I asked for was provided.

Their scheduling is well done and their work was well done. We would use them again.

They sent a carpenter to install sweeps, door hardware, and then painter to calk and paint. I needed to adjust the door latch on the front door and touch up several spots on the painting of the front door. The issues were minor to the point the I just did the touch up and adjustment instead of have to make arrangements for them to come back out to do 10 minutes work. But I wish the job was done right in the first place. The stick on sweep on the back door fell off the same day and they are sending the carpenter back to fix that. Work done was a "C" for the price paid. On the hire them again that would be a maybe

The technician did a good job, but had to be reminded of the scope of work.

Lamar is an honest, down-to-Earth contractor. He and his associates show up on-time on the days agreed upon. They work accurately, fast, and I can't believe how clean the house remains throughout the progress of the project. I can't wait to work with them in the future.

Both mirrors look beautiful. The technician worked very hard to ensure the mirrors were both secure and aligned exactly like I wanted. They did a great job!

Make sure you read the small print of the contract! Prior to work starting, a job supervisor came out to assess my needs. I assumed this information would be passed on to the repair person-I guess it wasn't. Repairman showed up and didn't seem to have any idea of what he was fixing and came with NO SUPPLIES! Was gone for 30 minutes to purchase supplies at home depot(cost was added onto my final bill). I paid for 2 hours of work and the job took 3 hours. When I questioned having to pay for Home Depot time the scheduler said that was included in the time I'd purchased-so paid for 2 hours of work, got 1.5 hours and then an additional hour that was required to complete the job (billed for 3 hours plus supplies and he was actually working 2.5 hours). Maybe that was all written in the small print. Needless to say, the job was done correctly and isn't something I would've done myself. Repairman was on time, polite and knowledgeable. Would use this company again, but will pay closer attention to the contract details (my fault!).

He worked on 8 doors and was done in plenty of time. He was great! He entertained me while he worked, he was funny and delightful! Very smart man!

They sent a rep to evaluate the window, and it took maybe 10 minutes tops. Then they schedule their guys to come out, and they were on time, friendly, quick, and did a bang-up job. I paid for "4 hours worth of carpentry" and my job was less than that, though I'm not sure by how much. I do wish they would have offered to do 1 more hour of work, if in fact they had an extra hour, but either way, I feel like I got my money's worth. The window looks perfect and I'm very happy to have it fixed!

The estimate was so outrageous I did not even use this company. He came out for 15 minutes to do an evaluation and his estimate was wayyyy over priced to hang 3 sheets of drywall in the garage ceiling.

I am very pleased with the service provided by G&B Carpentry. This is not the first time I have used them, and they have always done an excellent job. Everyone has been professional and courteous. Brooke and Lamar were very patient with me when I had scheduling problems. When the crew came, they not only did what I wanted, but they improved the design.

The original house was built in 1954. As with any project, there are unexpected issues that arise. This was a large project and all the unexpected issues were addressed and remedied. Our Project Manager, Casey, was very quick to respond to any questions/issues and provide suggestions/answers. The re-siding, new window installation and interior paint workmanship is of high quality. The work performed by G&B Carpentry rejuvenated our home and increased it's market value significantly. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Special thanks to Casey and his entire crew.

It started off slowly as an appointment was missed for the original estimate. But G&B did follow up and the estimate was reviewed and was approved except carpet work. The pricing estimate was approved and work started in September. The estimated time was 4-5 days. I met Casey, PM for a pre-walk through and work was started. Casey and his crew where prompt, professional and attentive to detail. The job was completed in 3 days and Casey came back for a walk thru to make sure all work had been completed to our satisfaction. It was done to our satisfaction. I would recommend and will use there services in the future.
