+ -1 moreNew floor looks great! Was below any other estimates, and James showed that he cared how the final product looked and that we were satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and I will use him in the future on other flooring projects.
Description of Work: Removed existing tile floor and underlayment in kitchen, laundry room, and half bath (~300 square feet). Hand chipped tile that previous owner had laid underneath kitchen cabinets. Explained and showed us why previous tile install job had not lasted (used wrong screws in backer board, did not tape and thinset seams, etc). Installed backer board and laid new tile.
