Dixie Homecrafters

The salesman arrived on time for the in-home estimate. He said that he hadn't performed a window presentation or given an estimate in the past 6 months. This didn't make me feel comfortable at all. He measured the windows, then it went to his car to work up the estimate. He sat in his car for almost an hour. I asked him what took so long. He replied that it took so long because he hadn't written up a window estimate in the past 6 months and that he had only been conducting gutter estimates. He fumbled through the "presentation". I was not impressed at all! I rejected the initial quote of $15,299.00 which resulted in a call to his manager. After much negotiation, the quote went down to $8,983.50. The catch, the price was good for that day only. Amazing!! I would not recommend this company nor would I use their services for gutters, windows, etc. In addition, they are located in Nashville and I live in Memphis. I prefer working with a local company.

It went pretty well. The guys that did it were polite, nice, got to work immediately, they didn't mess around, and they finished it in less than 2 hours.

Those gutter guards cost me $2800, and they worked with me to come out and fix what another company ruined but the poor thing had to charge me. They used the same product and straightened out as best as they could and reattached it to the house. They not only did that but they told me that the other company had left the roofing materials in the gutters and they didn't clean the gutters out and they just left all the trash. The guys from Dixie Homecrafters had to clean it out. They did a good job. They were professional and the representative was very helpful. They did what someone else should have done. The price was more than fair.
