We were very pleased with them. They did a wonderful job. It's almost six years now and the flooring is still looking great.

From the moment I walked in the store, Rex was attentive and informative as to my options for hardwood flooring. After helping me decide the type best for my budget, he promised to work up an estimate. As promised he submitted an estimate in a timely manner and I was very surprised at how fair he was with the cost of material and labor. I had previously tried to get estimates from the big box stores but couldn't find anyone to talk to let alone get a bid. After deciding on a date for the install of hardwood and carpeting, Rex had his crew at my home on the day he had promised. His crew did a wonderful job laying my flooring. It only took them about a day and a half to finish 2700 sq ft of various flooring and did a great job. The crew cleaned up afterward and all that was left for us was to move in. Rex called the day after completion of the job to verify that we were happy with the results. He also gave me a complimentary gift of floor cleaning solution and mop. I called them again when I had a flooding issue and they again showed up when they were supposed to and left a clean jobsite. I am getting ready to build a new home and Rex and his crew will be doing the flooring.

The owners of Designer Carpets are honest. The company is punctual, and they follow-up well. There were a few problems with a few of the tiles. It was a manufacturing defect, and they replaced them at no charge. They treat customers very well.

Designer Carpets were great, and I would recommend them. I am a very picky person, and they did everything the way I wanted. There were no problems whatsoever.

I would recommend this company. They have quality workmanship. They did all the wood cutting outside and cleaned up the mess. Excellent job!
