+ -1 moreCoastal Bend Builders owner, Craig Holland, did a terrific job from start to finish. He kept in constant contact with me from start to finish and he also went out of his way to do a terrific job. Mr. Holland was very concerned that I was happy with his work and the finished project, going out of his way to do a number of extra's so I would be completely satisfied with my patio roof. I could not have been more pleased with Mr. Holland, his work ethic and the finished patio!!! I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again!
Description of Work: Took down & hauled off existing 12 x 25 aluminum patio cover on home. Cut off existing support posts where necessary to support existing sidewalls which have the posts built in. Installed new 25' projection x 12' wide patio cover with (4) - 3 x 3 posts & (2) 12' support beams (Samson beam or C-beams according to engineers requirements). Posts bolted to concrete. Cover has flat galvalume Rhino panels with extruded gutter & side trim. (2) 3 x 4 downspouts. Provided Windstorm certification by qualified engineer.
