Description of Work: I was referred by a co-worker and spoke to Scott and he was really nice. We set up an appt on July 18 at 9am. Well that date came and went and I never received a call. I called him about a week later and left a message. I didn't really want to set up another appt with them since they never called to appologize for missing our original appt time. I am not going to chase down someone and beg them to let me use them. There are plenty of other folks that would be happy to do the work:) I have heard good things about Bruce Roofing and maybe this is not normal behavior from them so I dont want to bash them but I DO think that proper customer service is VERY important in this economy and if they were to busy to do my project then that was all they had to say from the start. I would have appreciated the honesty and asked them who they would recommend:) Kelley

 + -1 moreThe crew worked from daylight to dark to remove the old roof, install new roofing and cleaning up as they completed each section of the roof. With the exception of some roofing nails that I picked up out of the grass with a very strong magnet, their clean up exceeded my expectations.
Description of Work: I had a new roof installed on my 18 year old home. The work was done exactly as promissed and within the time frame he quoted. I used a better quality shingle and copper flashing to match what I had previously installed. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the overall appearance.

I only had shingles as next Bruce Roofing will be installing 4 solar tubes for me. This is the second job (first was new windows) they have done for me...happy with all.
