Description of Work: Nothing. I called them over 6 wks ago to come out and take a look at my AC and check it out because I had just moved to the area and wanted my system checked since I had just bought the house. Because my system was "cooling" the gal in the office informed me they would put me on a "list" because they were going to go to other customers first who didnt have a working system. I was very understanding when she told me it would be "a couple weeks" before they got out when they got caught up. They did not call me for almost 6 weeks, then wanted me to drop everything so they could come right then and of course I couldnt do that. She then told me they would call me the next day and come out. They never called me back.

+ -1 moreAlthough Bradley responded quickly and was able to replace a capacitor on my a/c unit, they were VERY OVERPRICED. They charged me $95.00 for a part that cost them $11.00. This was in addition to a $75.00 service call. When I called to ask them to review the price I was told by the service manager "tough luck we are good enough to charge 'whatever we want to charge you' and 'it doesn't matter what we pay for the parts you are paying for our excellent reputation". I have since checked with three of their competitors and they were shocked at the price I was charged for this repair. I have no problem paying for a reasonable reapir along with a service call, but this charge is dishonest - and abusive!
Description of Work: Bradley came out the same afternoon I called, they spent a total of 5 minutes to replace a capacitor that had gone out on my a/c unit. They only had to remove the cover outside, replace the bad capacitor and they were done. One tech, 5 minutes.

+ -1 moreAs far as the system, this is about the one good experience I have had. The system works just great. It regulates the home well and seems to be holding up just fine. I was impressed by their work and by their courteous attitudes. I would not even think of complaining about them. I have dealt with some pretty bad companies, but these guys were great.
Description of Work: Bradley installed a three ton heating and Air unit in my 1900 square foot home.

+ -1 moreI am as pleased as can be. I thought they were very nice and knowledgeable individuals. It has been a year and I have ran into no problems at all. I think the all in one unit is just the right size for my home so I feel I am saving on energy. My home is very warm in winter and quite cool in the summer months.
Description of Work: Bradley Heating & A/C installed a new all in one heating and air conditioning unit in my 1500 square foot home.
