Description of Work: When we called the provider, who had been highly recommended by the manager of a local bank who had used his services to install a new roof on the bank's building, a magnificent Victorian home, we were in a desperate situation; a roofer from Nashville whom we had contracted for the project had left us with bad leaks, destroyed skylights, flooding in our living room and damaged hardwood floors. Within a few days of meeting with us and evaluating the need for material, the provider presented us with a very fair estimate which covered all of our specifications; it was actually lower than the estimate of the prior contractor. We signed the contract; the work would start when the metal could be delivered. Our insurance company had provided us with a temporary tarp to cover the roof to prevent further damage to our home until the new roof could be installed, but when it proved inadequate during the first rain storm, the provider whom we called was there within thirty minutes to ad more tarp, at no extra charge, in the middle of the storm!. As soon as the material for the roof arrived, the provider and his four-member crew of very professional workers diligently and meticulously installed a beautiful 6000 + sft, 24 GA galvalume standing seam metal roof on our 1850 home. Additionally, he provided costumed-built metal hidden gutters that preserved the integrity of the architecture of the old house. It took exactly the estimated three weeks to complete the project, in spite of the unforgiving heat of July in the South. As promised, the entire yard was cleared of debris, including nails and small scraps of metal, and left spotless.
