Project started 9/22, still not completed 9/23. I told him several times I did not feel prioritized. Gave him a key 3 months ago, but job still not completed. Hired another contractor who finished job n 2 days. Took entire ceiling that was not damaged down that will need to be replaced. I could go on ?..Ken is super nice person who dropped the ball on this job.
