We we looking for a house for rent due to our mold situation and the all ready existing breathing problems. As we looked we came across several adds on a website with the same numbers but describing different houses. I called the number and got a hold of a company called Rental Homes of America witch said to go to the website so I did. On the web site they had a map and you are instructed to click on the map then your state then the nearest large town once they get you to a good point they have to check towns in the category they give you. As you do this it will highlight parts on the map. On this list it will provide you with basic home information such as how many rooms and what the average price range and how many listings they have for this area. This is where you have to subscribe and enter your information just to see where the houses is and if it is what you are looking for. When you are interested in what they have that is when you have to pay and it is 73.95 for the basic service or 91.95 for the premium service which allows you to get emails and updates from the site as soon as new homes come available. I signed up for the basic service glad i did not lose more but I could have used that money for alot more and better things! After i did all this i got the access to the list of information and it did have some nice things on the site like it showed you what the house and you could look around the street on some. But every one we called to get further information on it like if they would accept our dogs and cats they told me the same thing "Sorry already Rented" they site had not been updated in a long time nothing was current and I was out of my money and still did not have a place to go at this point and time was running out!
