Whitaker Roofing

The company no called no showed. I called him repeatedley and he never answered.

Mr. Whitaker is the most polite, professoinal person I've ever met. I have been having this leak since Sept and dealing with another company they would come look, say oh looks fine, need to come back when raining, when warmer, never return calls, just couldn't deal with that anymore. I called Mr. Whitaker on Friday the 10th, he let me know he could come either Monday or Tues but would have to get back with me then, but if I felt he didn't call me back fast enough to call him - now that is client service! Anyway, spoke to him on Tuesday AM and he set up a time of 3:00 to meet with me. He arrived in timely manner, was very nice, polite, just a really nice guy. After looking around he found the problem (that the other people could never find in 3 visits and numerous phone calls) but explained it could be several variables - well he kept looking and never gave up - found the real problem, found some additional damage within the wood around the chimney - he fixed the major problem that was causing the leak that night and then quoted me on repairing the damage the water leak had caused over several years. He told me to think about the quote for a couple of days and let him know if I was interested in hiring his company to do the work. I let him know right then (1/14/14) that definitely wanted it fixed by him as he had actually found the problem. He started work on Thursday, January 16, 2014 and finished the job. I just can't stress enough how nice and informative this man is. I have let all my neighbors know to use him if they have any roofing issues. Please, please call Whitaker Roofing if you have any roofing issues - I am so relieved that this mess is fixed and looks brand new.
