+ -1 moreGeoff, of Affordable Air Solutions came to see anything could be done. Within 10 minutes of arrival, Geoff found a hole in a copper line. He soldered the line. Filled the unit with Nitrogen to see if unit would hold pressure. It did hold. He pressure washed the unit and refilled it with Freon. He gave me a modest bill of a few hundred dollars. My unit is still functioning like new and it is 10 years old. I am indebted to this company for their Honesty and expertise. Affordable Air Solutions has gained a customer for life!
Description of Work: Repair of Heating & A/C System. The A/C went out with temps in the 90’s. One well known company filled the unit with $300 worth of Freon and left. Within hours the system quit cooling. I was told unit was not repairable and would cost around $7,000 to replace. A 2nd well company was called and they said one of the coils was bad. $2,500 to fix or $6,800 for a new unit. Then, someone gave me the number to Affordable Air Solutions.
