Did a great job removing a tree very close to my house. Definitely recommend.

It was good. There drivers weren't very good. They had trouble back there machine up.

This is not a fly by night company. They have invested significantly in equipment and staff (staff also is very hard working guys). One that was over the house. they started at 8:30 am (no earlier because they said that they did not want to disrupt the neighbors) and was done at 3:30 ish. They spent much time cleaning up. Also, as you will find it is difficult to get people to come to your house and give an estimate, they showed up the day after i called to give an estimate.

Perfect. They were so nice and left the yard spotless. Call to give us an appointment for removing a tree please.

After reaching out we got a visit scheduled within a day and upon approving the estimate they came out in just three days to complete the work. All in all it took a few hours and they were able to safely remove the tree when other companies were unsure or had anywhere from 5-10 week waits on jobs. On top of that they were also the best price!

I called my local tree service guy Peter at Jones Tree Care. He was awesome and honest, telling me that he really couldn't handle the size of this tree efficiently. He gave me a short list of a few other companies that he thought could handle it, and JB Tree Service was one of those. They came out within 2 days on contacting them and had an estimate later that day for me. It was almost half the price of the next lowest estimate! Their crew came out this morning (9/2/20), and were able to remove the tree. Watching their crew in action was pretty awesome, they work like a perfectly tuned machine, knowing where and who is doing what every moment. I got a little nervous that they were in my neighbor's yard so much, but when I went to apologize, my neighbor told me that they had already asked permission to be on his property! One of the branches hit my mailbox, and they fixed it (and were upfront and honest about it by telling me) better than before. Excellent service, would definitely be my first option going forward on any future tree service!

Fantastic work, efficiency, very professional, did everything we wanted in a very timely and cost-efficient manner. Great customer service. Friendly and conscientious. Trees that were trimmed look great. Tree and stump removal look great. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Two different neighbors have already asked for referrals to hire JB Tree Services.

I needed an awkward tree and three stumps removed from my backyard, which is not accessible to larger equipment. The estimate was fair and provided in writing in an email almost immediately. The work was done a few days later and was quick and professional.

Excellent. I called and the service owner came by the same day that I called and we set up a time to start work. The worked required skilled and experienced workers due to the large limbs extending out over the house and carport.

He contacted me two weeks ago and gave me a quote and said he would take care of it. It has been a couple of weeks and I have not heard from him cents. I cannot recommend this company because they do not follow through

Never had a service be this prompt. Came exactly on time for estimate and service. Professional individuals all the way around. All service companies should learn from these guys! Excellent job.

Second time I had used their service because it is excellent and very reasonable. I had 3 crepe myrtles that were huge and had them trimmed back, then 5 trees that got topped with one also the deadwood taken out. They came in - got the work done quickly, looks amazing and cleaned up the yard afterwards completely. Best job ever!

Jose gave a reasonable estimate after I advised what I needed done. He really took the time to look at each tree and gave reasons why some branches needed to be cut and others needed to be left. I felt like I was dealing with a true arborist--not just a tree trimmer. The workers were completely professional. They did the work quickly and thoroughly and did excellent clean up. There was one small branch that they missed that Jose and I had agreed on trimming and when I pointed it out, they trimmed it immediately. I would recommend JB Tree Service to anyone.
