Wesley Wright was responsive, showed up at exactly when he said he would, came back to make sure the work was approved by us, and didn't try to sell me additional services. I did ask about additional services, and he let me know he was running a special right now, which I bought to finish up some additional work. I am very pleased with the quality and attention to detail.

Wright Landscapings contacted me right away to ask for my wish list. I gave it to him and he let me know when they would be there and what time. They arrived as I was leaving for work that day so I got to meet Wesley which was great. He was super nice and even told me how to get rid of those pesky weed/trees that seem to sprout up overnight. When I got home that night, I was so happy. I didn't think they would have time to clean out two flower beds and clean up where my garden used to be but they did... and did an amazing job! I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to call on them again!

Was highly impressed with professionalism and the speed at which they worked. Arrived at scheduled time and worked hard for entire time. They got more done in 6 man hours than we expected and quality of work was excellent. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

It went great! They really cleaned up all the weeds. It was a jungle out there and now is neat and oh so much better. Professional and concerned to communicate and know what we wanted done. Gave some helpful tips on products to fertilize bushes and to keep weeds at bay. We will use them again!

The service was AWESOME. The guys were there early and were cleaning up weeds before we even left for work. When we returned, all the weeds were gone and mulch was evenly distributed throughout. In addition, they edged the sidewalk and got all the weeds from between the cracks. Finally, they cleaned up the front porch from leaves and debris that had been there, and where the mulch had been piled in the driveway, they cleaned where you'd never know a big black pile of mulch had been there. I would definitely use this service again.

I purchased an Angie's List deal. They did a great job of communicating with me about the time and date of service. They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned out several overgrown flower beds--and did a great job!! They cleaned up after the job and left my yard and flower beds neat and tidy. The workers seemed very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them again.

Unfortunately, I don’t feel as though they spent a full eight hours working on the yard. Furthermore, they didn't address some of my yard's issues like I asked, and it was somewhat difficult getting in touch to schedule an appointment. Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience.

They were able to come out quickly, and they did a decent job. However, we weren't at home when they completed the work, and I feel as though they could have been a bit more thorough. As an example, they left leaves in our flower beds instead of bagging them up with the rest of the leaves in the yard. Also, we don't feel as though they were at the house for the full eight hours (or two men for four hours) as prescribed in the deal.

The schedule to cut our lawn was inconsistent. When he cut our lawn, he did it really fast. I don't mind if people get in there and do their work fast, but not fast where you don't cut the grass. He had skid marks on my grass. He was going that fast. They cut the grass one time when it was raining and I was like, you really can't get all the clippings like you are supposed to.

Workers Showed up and very efficeintly did everything I had asked them to.

Services were provided as expected. We mostly interact via email, since I'm not home when the services are provided. My expectation is to get good lawn service every other week without too much fuss for a good price, and that's exactly what I'm getting.

Since I started using this service I have been pleased with the work. Mr. Wright is prompt with responses to correspondence and questions.

It went great. The sod came from a reputable sod farm and looked great. The men made quick work of it and even laid a little on our side yard. If I had any questions or wanted to let the men know something, I called Wesley and he was very quick to communicate with the workers. Some fescue grew out between the seams, but Wesley told me he would come back and spray, if need be. He is coming out to do additional work on the beds.

Work performed on a rental property. Energetic men were working fast and diligently. It was a hot day and no complain at all. They cut the yard and trimmed brushes and a few lower limbs of trees. They sprayed the yard too. We were happy with their work.

They are responsive..I love the edging. The front yard in pretty bad shape when they started looks better but waiting to see how it looks when the green comes out.

This was done while I was out of town, so I left detailed lists of what I wanted done and when I came home it was complete. I got the service on sale, so it included approx. half a days work using more than one person. I was well pleased with the work.

They charged $150 for clean-up (which is acceptable) but then charged $300 for "Landscape Design" which I didn't need, I have my own ideas (which are free) and IF I would have went with their design it would have cost over $3,000! I only need flowers planted. I also was not happy that they sent us a bill addressed to a wrong name, misspelling of our last name/address. Very unprofessional. When I sent the payment in I stressed that there were mistakes on the billing information, which delayed our mail getting to us. Also, I never received a call back on any of my questions in the letter.

The men worked diligently and completed the task we hired Wright Landscapings for. They cut down all the brush in this area of our property. It looks far more normal now for which we are grateful. They came the day they said they would. They arrived earlier than they said they would.

. I paid for them and after his death I wanted them planted in my yard. I paid $800 for him to do this. He informed me that digging up the plants would kill them but I was willing to take my chances. When they were replanted in my flower beds they were not set deep enough in he ground and after his men left some of the plants leaned over and some even came up out of the ground. For $800 I would have expected better service. He never even did a follow up call to see if I was satisfied. I would not use him again and feel that I was overcharged for what he did.

They were prompt and did exactly what I requested. the left the backyard including the patio clean and neat. They worked very qucikly.

Completion was delayed due to winter weather but am very satisfied with the results.

* UPDATE: 3/6/2014, rec'd phone call from Wesley Wright. He explained that Angie's List required that he contact me through their messaging system rather than directly. He also stated that my Angie's list profile did not contain my cell phone or email address so he could not contact me directly. Based on this information, it seems the problem is with Angie's List policy and not the vendor. I have modified my review grade according. I still believe no vendor should come on your property and perform work without expressed approval of property owner. Without me contacting them or them contacting me, they came to my house and bagged leaves sometime in December (Out of town so not sure of exact date). This is probably the work I would have scheduled had I been given the chance but wanted to discuss in person so that we would both be clear about scope of work. The quality of the work was good but I don't feel that the work done represents 8 hours of work. Who comes to your house and does work without ever speaking or emailing you??

I can't remember exact day in 2013 but in the middle of summer when it was very hot! They dropped off 2 men a little before 10am with a jug of water and clippers. I had emailed my list of jobs prior to their work. They had no transportation, no food for lunch, not the right equipment and their ride did not come back for 8 hours. I provided lunch, soft drinks and cold water to them. My brother took them to a gas station for potty use! They worked hard and the pruning job was very good but they could not do several items on my pre-approved list because they did not have the equipment.

I am writing to request a refund of my Angie's Deal for lawn care from Wright's Landscaping. I purchased two deals each for 8 man-hours of lawn work. After numerous emails to confirm a date, Wesley dropped off 2 workmen and gave them some basic information about the backyard projects that were the initial priority. The owner left and the two workmen (who did not appear to speak English, or at least not very well) began working, using my lawn implements. When I went outside to provide some instruction as to what I wanted done per Wesley's request, one of the workmen grabbed me and kissed me and was conversing with me in Spanish. I pulled away, and was not comfortable going back outside to give any more instruction. I called the owner who promised to collect the workers and send a different crew. In the interim, I had to have a male friend come over to keep an eye on them. The workmen only put in about 3 hours of work (6 man-hours total) on my lawn that day. Wesley never sent a replacement crew to finish out the job for the first deal, nor did he send anyone to do the work which I purchased under the second deal. I corresponded several times via email with the company throughout the months of June, July and August of 2013. Wesley repeatedly indicated that they would come and finish the work, and they repeatedly never did. I followed up with additional emails to inquire when the services would be completed but never heard back after August. I feel I have been more than patient with this company and deserve a refund of my purchase. I rated them above as a D because while the work they did complete was good, my treatment by the crew was totally unacceptable and they never came back to finish.
