The crew that came out at first, cut the weeds, instead of pulling them, and covered them with mulch. They immediately started growing through the mulch. I called, and someone came out to spray something on the weeds. I didn't notice any weeds dying, so he came back and sprayed and spread more mulch. My front bed is still full of weeds and nothing got pruned. Also, they didn't have a wheelbarrow, so they used mine.

It went okay. The owner scheduled the work very quickly. He asked for a detailed list of instructions with pictures and with priorities because he did not know if there would be time to do all of the tasks. It took time and effort to take pictures and write out the list. The order was not followed and several things were left undone. I needed the prioritized items completed so I paid him more to finish them. I also made a comment about a particular preference I have on my lawn (having to do with upkeep of monkey grass) and rather than accept this request, he responded in what I felt was a condescending tone that I was wrong about that. He had a worker at my house and stopped by a few times but there were not two workers there. The workers were pleasant and I appreciate their hard work. It seemed like a lot of hassle to get the job completed. I had to spend more than originally intended and more than quoted by others without the deal.

These guys were amazing. We'd initially scheduled for a Thursday, but one of the workers was injured so we had to reschedule. I received a phone call from the owner and we discussed moving the service to the following Wednesday. At 6:30 sharp, the guys were there. I'd purchased the $89 for four hours coupon, and these guys wasted no time. They got right off the truck and started in on the yard. I came back at the end of the day to the nicest my yard has ever looked. The grass was nicely trimmed, all the weeds were gone, and the hedges were shaped. I'd definitely recommend this company.

They were great. I'm going to be using them again. He was very prompt and thorough. He was very professional. I'm planning on using them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was alright. They came out 2-3 weeks after I purchased the deal. They did everything I asked them to and did it very well. They did leave a little bit before the allotted time so between the 2 of them, it was probably half an hour’s worth of work that they didn’t do.

Wesley was very responsive and they showed up on time when they were supposed. They did a nice job of cleaning out some weeds and cutting things back. We just moved in our house and many things had not been maintained so they helped clean that up. My only suggestion for improvement is that there were some plants that they pulled out like weeds that I would have rather trimmed and kept. That being said they did a great job and were very hardworking!

After purchasing the package I was a little worried because the company contacted me stating that it might be some time before they could get to us due to the weather. Well they did everything right by me. The owner contacted me many times updating me as to what was going on. I never once had to contact them with inquiries. They showed up when they said they were going and went straight to work. They were all very professional and made me feel like I truly got a deal. I will be using them again.

I was contacted on the same day that I purchased the deal and the service was performed in less than a week from the date of purchase. All employees were very profressional and the business owner stopped by toward the end of the job to make sure that I was happy with the work performed.

The men who came for Wrightlandscapings were very professional and efficient in removing the old leaves from last winter and some brush that needed cleaning out. Mr Wright was great at communicating before, during and after the service was complete to ensure my satisfaction. They used clear bags and set them on the curb, they were thorough and diligent. I will have them back in November.

They did a great job. They were prompt and showed up when I asked them to come. We had a nice conversation about what I wanted done and they made sure it was done to my satisfaction. They were very professional and pleasant people to work with.

The Wright team was very punctual, worked very hard and completed the work in the paid time. They were very knowledgable and gave me good advise on ways to improve my lawn. The shrubs and flower beds look great. I am very pleased withe the work and highly recommend Wright Landscaping.

I saw the Wright Landscaping offer on Angie's List of $199 for 8 hours of work or 2 men for 4 hours of work. I signed up and within 24 hours Wesley responded by email. I wrote back what I needed and he called me up to discuss it and gave me an approximate day in the next week or two they would come and said he would email me the exact day with plenty of notice. He did and when I mentioned mulch he recommended Nature's Earth which would deliver the mulch before he and his men got there. I called them and they delivered the day before the work was to be done. The driver was amazing and dumped the mulch in a very convenient and accessible place. Wesley and his men showed up early on the agreed day and got started immediately once I told them what to remove and what to keep. The men were hard workers and did a heroic job cleaning up the beds which were a mess and laying the mulch within the 4 hour window per the agreement. Wesley also trimmed some branches on the Tulip Poplar on the front lawn which were scraping the roof and gutters. In the fall they will plant some bushes in the now empty front beds and there will be some transplanting as well. In the meantime they will cut the front lawn twice a month.

Wright Landscaping did a great job on my trees and bushes! They were all overgrown and the willow tree in back yard was touching the ground. We have just moved here and the bed/tree maintenance hasn't been done for awhile. Looks great now! We had a hard time setting a work time (dang thunderstorms!), but Wesley kept communicating with me BEFORE he was scheduled to be here. I really appreciate not being kept waiting. Excellent customer service!

Things went awry from the beginning. During the initial discussion I mentioned covering the lawn with black plastic to let the sun kill off existing weeds, seeds and roots. (I'm reluctant to use chemicals.) Mr Wright laid down clear plastic, which acted more like a greenhouse than a weed killer. He told me that clear plastic had worked well for him on other jobs, but that in any event he'd be close-mowing before laying the sod. That plus the thickness of the sod would get the existing vegetation. That almost worked. The squares of sod look great. Unfortunately, the narrow spaces between the squares were sufficient to enable a good crop of "lawn violets" to sprout, making the yard look like a checkerboard. Mr Wright sprayed the front yard, which mostly took care of the problem, but couldn't get to the back yard because of rain. That was in mid-June. The other problems were also in the back yard. First, Mr Wright under-estimated the amount of sod he'd need. It was two weeks before we got the other half of the back yard laid. Granted, some of that delay was due to the rainy spring weather. The bigger problem was that the close-mowing left some bumps and swales in the ground that weren't smoothed out before the sod went down. There are now some high spots that get scalped every time I mow over them. Mr Wright has recognized the problem and proposed filling in the low spots with sand, saying that the grass (Palisade zoysia) would quickly grow over it. I accepted that solution. That was in mid-June. Six weeks later I'm still waiting to see that sand, or the promised spraying in the back yard.

He was very quick to get back with me and professional. The lawn is free of weeds and very lush now even though its only been just over a month. I would recommend him to anyone need lawn treatment.

Came at scheduled time - removed small tree and did general yard cleanup.

All went well, although language differences was a slight problem. All needed work was accomplished in contracted time frame. It was well worth the money!

Wes did a good job mowing and edging, but he did cut down some daffodils too soon. Other than that, good work, great guy.
