The Window Guy - Window Cleaning

We purchased a package deal to clean inside and outside 10 windows. We asked if he would do the outside of 18 windows instead of the inside of 10. He agreed and did a fantastic Job.

Very disappointed. Hope I didn't waste $99.

I'm a VERY satisfied customer. They washed the 20 windows and cleaned the gutters, including my very high, two-story ones) on a bitter, blustery, below-freezing day. They could not have been more professional, thorough, pleasant or efficient. Everything was done in short order. The windows sparkle; the screens are clean; the gutters are clear of debris, and the gutter gunk is bagged and on my curb for pick-up. Well done, Window Guys!

Crew arrived on time and got to work. The covered their feet so that they did not track anything on my floors. They asked me if I would like to do the upstairs windows also and I just had them do the downstairs. They scrapes every window with a razorblade knife after soaping the window then re soaped it and used a squeegee. They took out the wooded inserts in the tops of the windows and also did the doors that had the little window panes in them. Then they went outside and did the same. They also wiped off the screens removing cobwebs and debris. I was very please with the work they performed and will use them again in about six months.

They did a great job. I think this is the second time we've used them.

Most of our windows have 15 panes , storm windows, 15 windows, one set French doors. The windows sparkled!

Did such a great job - the windows looked so clean - that I couldn't stop with just the upstairs windows. Kept asking him to clean one more window, one more window. He ended up doing all the downstairs windows also, for only $30 additional. He did not seem to mind at all that I kept asking him to do more. Great attitude. Great guys to work with. Will go out of their way to satisfy customer.

Wanted an additional $100 plus to do the windows.

The service provided was perfect. The man who did it was absolutely wonderful. He kind of went out of his way to do everything. They went above and beyond and did an excellent job. I'm very pleased.

Both jobs were completed well and in a timely manner.

Appt was for 8:30 and they arrived around 8;38 AM, Cleaned windows, screens, and door glass for all of house. Showed me windows that had the seal broken and suggested I contact Champion to have them fixed. Would use this provider again and recommend to my neighbors. Both men were very professional.

I first contacted Jason for an estimate to clean the windows and he gave me a price of $345.00. I told him I had just as many windows in this house as my house in Florida and the cost was $300.00 and he agreed to the $300.00 price but emphasized that he could not do it for less. I called him back a few days later to set up the appointment as I was waiting for the painters to be finished in the house and we set it up for the third of October. His workers came right on time and he followed a short time later. The two gentlemen that came to the door were very personable and set to work right away. They did an excellent job and all the windows looked great when they were finished. One of the men came to the door as they were finishing up with the invoice and sure enough it was for the agreed upon price of $300.00. The only perplexing thing was that it had an price of $383.00 with a one time discount of $83.00 for a new customer. Not sure what the price would be next time since his original offer was for $345.00 but maybe he was unhappy with his original offer and decided that the job was worth more, I don't know as he did not say anything about it before he left. Again, the two fellows with him were very nice and asked for the business again as they left and I would recommend them to anyone seeking a good clean window job.

Have not yet arranged for window cleaning under this "big deal." Intend to do so this fall. No further reminders from Angies List are necessary. I'll submit a review upon completion. Promise.

They took care to be neat and clean when they were inside my home.

These guys were great! I had used another company and was not pleased with them. My windows were sparking and their prices are reasonable.

It worked out great. I got a call the same day I purchased the deal. The guy came out and did everything they said they would do and did a great job.

I wasn't home at the time of service. Gutters were cleaned of debris and trash was removed from surrounding area. Pleased with promptness and professionalism. They scheduled service and arrived as promised, which is beyond what most service providers seem capable of lately.

When I called, he was very busy but he did set up an appointment for me. They did a fantastic job! They went above and beyond what the Big Deal was listed for. His professionalism, service and expertise was A-A-A-A-A. I can't say enough about it.

Windowguys was prompt giving estimate, was a little early arriving to do the work. The work was performed in a professional manner and was good quality. I paid less to have the windows cleaned by this company than I did two years ago by another company....and it was a better job. I recommend them.
