The Window Guy - Window Cleaning

I had a deal for 15 windows for $111. I added seven more windows. The windows look super. The guys were on time, professional, neat, quick and did an excellent job. I plan on using them every year. Inside and out!

these guys are friendly, courteous, fast and efficient. They do exactly as asked and the price is reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The guys were very thorough. I didn't get all my windows cleaned, but they cleaned the ones I designated. They could not clean more without charging me extra, but they went on and did what they could. They were very accommodating.

I haven't scheduled them yet for the big deal from The Window Guy for the category window cleaning and the coupon was for 111 for window and screen cleaning. I have used them previously though and really liked them. My experience with them for that time was excellent. He is very thorough. The windows looked great. He came on time when he said he would. It was a very good job. I absolutely will use them again in the future. To one of a friend or a family member asked me about this provider I would say to definitely use him as he does a great job.

Excellent job-no smears or streaks and put everything back together with no damage. Staff was courteous and responsive to directions and questions. We will use again this spring.

Jason was prompt in returning my inquiry call. He showed up on time, and did all the work requested, in a professional manner. When they finished the windows, they gleamed. His crew worked hard, were polite, and efficient. Jason was not completely happy with the power washing, and asked another expert to come and review his work. He offered not to charge for the power wash, but that was completely unnecessary. I was pleased with the amount of dirt and mold that was removed. Jason lowered the charge by $200. Jason's honesty, and commitment to doing a great job is to be admired, and is probably rarely seen in this day and age.

The final result was very satisfactory. I don't have a large home so the two window washers were here about an hour. They were punctual, pleasant and pointed out some screens that needed to be replaced.

Window Guy was easy to make an appointment with. He showed up when he said he would and did the work at a reasonable price. Courteous and professional.

When they left, the windows they had cleaned looked so nice! Made my whole downstairs brighter. When I can afford it, will do them all next time. He was prompt and professional. They did a wonderful job and treated my home with respect.

They reached out to me the day I purchased the Big Deal and we got scheduled for August 1. I was able to get a date that worked with me.

I don't see how this experience could have been any better. I got a quick estimate, they showed early, went right to work and finished quickly and thoroughly. We have a lot of windows plus a sunroom that's all glass and screens. My wife was out of the house shopping during part of the process, and when she got home, she was absolutely pleased. In fact, at our daughter's baby shower last Saturday, my wife pointed the windows out to her sister. Immediately she asked for the Name / phone number because our windows now make hers really look dingy!! I plan on a follow up in six months. Great job!!

I got the best service I've had in a long time! We hadn't cleaned our gutters in years, extremely wooded area, and they were very clogged! The guys were outstanding!! They also cleaned up and I cannot even tell they've been here! I highly recommend The Window Guy for any service he provides!!!

Jason and his crew were prompt as usual, This is the fourth year and the second house I have used them at. This is the first time Jason came out with the crew. However, his team is the same great guys I am used to seeing and with or without Jason they are always professional and always do an extraordinary job. Their attention to detail is always consistent and impressive. I was extremely busy when they were here. On a conference call for most of the time. Jason was extremely patient with me and offered to organize the work in a way that was the most convenient for me. Although I'm sure I held them up from getting to the next job, Jason waited patiently while my call ran over so I could walk through the house and check everything before they left. I trust them in my house without worrying about following them around. I couldn't remember what I paid last year and didn't have time to look it up. However, Jason has proven himself to be fair and trustworthy so took him at his word and checked days later with no worries. I truly wouldn't use any other company!

After calling for an estimate, Jason arrived punctually. I was first impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I also felt the price was very fair. The day before work was to be done Jason called to verify the appointment time and price. He and his coworkers arrived on time and the work performed was perfect. We have a LOT of windows and doors but they did not rush through the job. They were very knowledgeable and even cleaned the sills and screens.

As always, the service was excellent! Jason is great to work with and will be there when he says. His crew did an excellent job (again) and I will certainly continue to use them in the future. I have my many, many windows cleaned twice a year and I always use 'The Window Guy'. This Spring has been terrible with the pollen, so I asked that they wash the window frames and sills to clean off the pollen. After they left, the window glass sparkles and my frames/sills were clean. I couldn't have asked for a better job. There are a lot of competitors out there, but with Jason I've found someone who shows up when he says he will, does the job to my 100% satisfaction - no questions asked, and whose price is as good as or better than the others. Highly recommend anyone call Jason and give him a shot, you will not be disappointed!

Jason was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was scheduled quickly. Jason and crew arrived when specified, and got right to work. Jason and his crew completed the big job to my complete satisfaction, and with great attention to detail.

He was able to clean everything wonderfully. We were amazed.

The work was outstanding. I have storm windows on my home. They cleaned the outside of the storm window and the inside of the regular window. They would not do just the storm window and then they would not take those off and then put them back on for that price. The Big Deal could have used more detail.

We had some scheduling problems because of the horrible winter weather, but he kept in constant contact with me along the process. When he did come out, he did a fantastic job! The two young men he had doing the windows were so personable and nice. I would use them again in the future if we weren't moving!

He arrived on time and all windows were cleaned well. We were satisfied with the service.

Mr. Walker came out to my home, inspected what was requested and emailed me a free estimate. He was very nice. He sent two guys (Adriano and Cleo) out to my home to do the work. Mr. Walker told me that it would take about 4 hours for the work to be completed but it took the guys 2.5 hours. I must say that my windows have never been this clean. They were cleaner than when my husband and I moved into our home almost nine years ago. Excellent service. Highly recommended!
