Jessica’s background in architecture combined with her experience as a cleaning helper ignited her drive to offer top-quality cleaning services that go above and beyond expectations. It’s the holidays and everyone is busy, but communication is key to success. I have been a loyal customer of Jessica and her team for about three years. Unfortunately, I believe that relationship is over as of today. I confirmed my cleaning appointment the day before and was expecting someone to come between 11am and 1pm. At about 130, no one called or texted, so I reach out because I was concerned. Adriana responded and said there was a scheduling issue and they were behind. No problem- I was working from home and would be available for the afternoon. I then receive a call from Adriana stating that the team would not be available to clean my home today. Why wasn’t this inconvenience communicated earlier? Adriana then said they were available Wednesday during the day. Unfortunately, the day and time did not work for my family’s schedule. No other options were provided- only an empty apology. I’m extremely disappointed but the way business have been operating lately, this is not a shock. People who work for you don’t care about your business the way you care about your business. Peace.

Jessica and her team are FANTASTIC. I needed an emergency cleaning that was a very big job, and Jessica came by within an hour to review it, got me a quote almost immediately, and her team showed up promptly at 7am the next morning. The charges were more than reasonable and the service provided was excellent. Thank you so much!
