Let me introduce myself, my name is Charles H. Young III, however I go by Chad. I am the sales, service & installation of our business. My wife Faith answers the phones, while also taking care of our 2 children ages 8 & 6. She home schools them so don't be surprised if you hear kids in the background or a TV.
