Initial contact and communication was fast and appt made for quote. They never showed up. Next day the brother contacted me to schedule the repair. I told them they needed to give me a quote before I would agree to the work; he had me take pictures and send them for the quote to be given. After he viewed my photos, he gave me a price. I told him I was waiting for other quotes to come in, and his response was cocky stating I wouldn't find a better price. I did schedule with them but then cancelled because of the disrespect I felt while trying to get the work done. And in the end, it saved me $ to cancel because I found someone else to do the work; respectful and doing beautiful work.
