We were considering replacing our son's bathtub when we realized resurfacing was a much more cost effective solution. We called for an estimate on Monday and left a message. Within 2 hours, Hershel returned our call and provided us with an estimate of $350 over the phone for a simple bathtub resurface. He arrived promptly the next day, with an assistant, and went right to work. They were very respectful of tracking in dirt or mud (it was raining) and explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They were finished within a few hours and left us with a care sheet and a warranty of 5 years on work performed. It cost exactly what he said it would. There is a chemical smell associated with the process but they vented as much as possible out the window and it by keeping the room door shut for a day and the windows open it resolved very quickly. We were very pleased with the service, the tub looks amazing, and we saved $1500 over having the tub replaced. We will definitely recommend this company to others!

The company owner is Herschel Brooks. He brought over pictures, samples and told me of places I could see his work. He told me that i should not use scrubbing cleansers nor harsh cleaners on the surfaces. He gave me a price and explained in detail his procedure. He gave me a contract. He arrived promptly with help as scheduled. The procedure takes about two days. There was a flaw in the first work so he came back and redid the whole thing. I was so pleased I had my upstairs bathroom floor resurfaced also. You should not use harsh cleaners on these surfaces nor gritty cleansers. I use regular 409 or Lysol bathroom cleaners with fine results. I wish I had known about this company long ago. It would have saved me money and frustration.

A really good experience. . Mr. Brooks and His associate arrived on time, ready to work. They explained what they were to do and proceeded to cover the area around the bathtub and bathroom. They brought in equipment. They were totally professional and very clean and careful. My only suggestion is that the client not stay in the house the entire time of the procedure if you are sensitive to odor. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Brooks and IHC for your glazing needs.

The grout in my bathroom floors was terrible. I paid many times to get it cleaned a sealed with bad results and lots of money spent. I did not want to go through the removal of this old tile and replacing it with new. Both the work and money were daunting for me. This is a great alternative.
