Advantage Shutters & Closets

We saw three plantation shutter vendor and decided on Advantage shutters. From the moment Holly walked in the door, we knew she was our top choice. She was very professional and knowledgeable of not just the shutters themselves but also what would look best. However the best part was she took an hour for the consult, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. During the consult, we learned the shutters are made here in the Nashville area! Keeping jobs in Nashville. After the consults, we were torn between Advantage and another vendor because we were sure Advantage would be very expensive. Boy were we wrong. They were the cheapest!! Holly also responded to ever question and request we had. We changed a few of our original choices and she responded with a new quote the same day and even came back out to show us a few other options. Honestly, her customer service was stellar. 
Next came the installation. The duo they sent out to install the blinds and shutters were also very professional. In the past, I have had problems with this part of the process because, while they maybe good and their job, construction workers/installers are not always professional. I can not say enough good things about the two that came out. They were respectful, took their time to install, and went over everything with me. They accidentally left with one of my screw drivers (they had demonstrated how to adjust the shutters), and brought it back! 
If want a knowledgeable, professional installation company who also actually wants your business and will go above and beyond, please give these guys a chance.
