Brooks had been providing monthly treatments on one property and I asked them to provide a termite letter related to the purchase of another property. The technician came and did the inspection (found no signs of termites), then told me the only way they would provide the letter is if I signed an annual treatment contract (over $1300). Told him to get lost, cancelled my other treatment with them as well. Dayton's came out the next day and performed the inspection and game me the letter for a simple $75 fee. I've been using Dayton's for all my needs since.

The company representative arrived on time to evaluate our home and needs.  He did a thorough inspection and provided a quote for service.  The service has been performed on time and in a professional manner every month.

I use them as in when needed.  I have also used them in two different locations.  I wanted extra protection.  Glynn is the service man and he is fantastic.  He would call me and remind me about when the service call's coming up.  He would let me know when he is going to be there.  He is always so diligent.  His communication is very nice for someone who just doesn't have time to keep the pest control on their schedule, so he does that for them.  He is a really nice guy.  I never knew things about pest control.  He has been really good with taking care of infestation that we have with here in Knoxville.  He was so good to act like that.  I told the people at my rental house, and they are keeping him as well.  They are currently using him too.  They just did an excellent service.  For me, he is terrified of bugs and anything that looks like a bug to take a service for that.  The price is very fair.
