So far so good with the new copper colored roof. Any issues were dealt with, they clean up and I have already referred them to my neighbor.

The pewter color that Neil suggested looks so nice. They had to replace some decking along the ridgeline. And, replaced decking on the well-house. Love the look of my new roof. They cleaned up afterward, so no mess for me to deal with. The crew that arrived to do the work was knowledgeable and experienced.

Neil provided a detailed description of his company and the services that they provide. He was very helpful in assisting us in shingle color selection. His crew did an excellent job in maintaining the job site during each phase of the project. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Mountain View Exteriors.

I had a new roof installed. They removed all the old shingles, everything down to the wood which did have a few bad spots that they repaired with new wood, removed 2 turbines & a chimney that was very bad (the cause of the leaking) and installed a new Atlantic Blue shingle roof. It was very affordable & the quality of the materials were top notch with an awesome warranty. The owner knows his business and is a very down to earth personable gentleman. He touched base with me every few days while I was going through the process of obtaining estimates. I had 2 estimates that were the exact same & chose Mountain View solely on Neil. I can't say enough about him & his company. They showed up on a Saturday which was actually 4 or 5 days earlier than thought. The finished in 1 day, cleaned up all the remnants from the install & went on their way. I very highly recommend Mountain View to everyone I know that is in need of roof repair or a new roof. Neil was very professional and his crew was able to get the job done quickly and on time every step of the way. If you need roofing or gutter installation, these guys are the ones that you want to use. I would not hesitate to refer this company to any of my family or friends. Absolutely great roofers and efficiency was awesome. They arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The team all knew their jobs and performed it as a team. Quality of work for the price was great, good company to work with and quality workers. Would recommend Mountain View Exteriors to anybody that needs a new metal roof and guttering. Was upfront about needing 6" guttering with metal roof, they were correct 4" wouldn't handle rain coming roof at a faster pace.

Great customer service! Great installation crew. I needed to replace my asphalt shingle roof. I also knew from the age of my house I d need new decking. From my first call, to calls and texts during install and following the work, Neil provided quick, professional and experienced feedback. He was always available and friendly. His crew worked hard, quickly, and efficiently. They were friendly and answered my questions. They simply did the job right! That s important. They also cleaned the work site at the end of each day. Neil comes with a lot of experience and it s apparent in the quality of his work and his crew. I ll be a returning customer when I m ready for new windows.

There customer service was AWESOME ! They let me know every step of the way when the dumpster and product would arrive. They even called the day of the job to tell us when they would arrive. I had a high quality roof installed at a great price. They did a really good job of cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend them to others. I was very impressed by the owner Neal he was very professional and explained his product and the warranty.

The entire team, from Neal to the crew bosses and roofers, were responsive to our queries and needs. We had entertained the idea of another contractor, but after meeting with Neal, realized the details of establishing a warranty. Even better, our warranty may be transferred to new owners if we decide to sell the house. The cost was only $2000 more than the other contractor who had basic materials and would have breached the warranty offered based on the supplies he was going to use. The price, though expensive, was worth the quality products. We chose the tile colors based on Neal s professional recommendation. They look amazing and add so much dimension to the house. Debbie, the real boss, is a task master and excellent at what she does. She was hands-on, supervising the crew and ensuring our needs were met. She is just really lovely. You could tell Joe has many years of roofing under his belt. The entire crew was professional, polite and working as a united team with lightening efficiency. They were tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are more than pleased, as our expectations were exceeded.
