Neil, the owner, is a really nice person, and Joe, Debbie and all of the roofing crew are excellent people to work with. They arrived on time, worked really hard, and did a high quality job on our metal roof. Not only Joe, but all of his crew were easy to communicate with and seemed to really care about our home and the finished product. They did a complete tear off of our old asphalt roof before installing the metal roof, which none of the other contractors we got bids from were willing to do. This allowed us to discover that our roof needed new sheathing, which added some cost, but gave us the confidence that we now have a roof structure that will last us for decades to come. We really appreciate the thoroughness of Neil and his roofing crew, and would recommend them without reservation.

I had a very profession experience with Mountain View Exteriors; due to weather delays, they worked on a weekend right after the Christmas holiday. My roof and new gutters look wonderful.

Without any reservations, I recommend Neil and his roofing crew led by Joe and Debbie. They told me what to expect, kept me informed, did what they said they would do, answered all my questions, and were polite and efficient throughout the entire job. They re-roofed my house and two farm outbuildings about a month ago. They cleaned up the mess and I have found only one used roofing nail in the yard--I think that's phenomenal! There were leaks around my chimney 20 years ago with the original roofing job and I expected leaking with the re-roofing because of faulty original flashing which I ask Neil not to replace. So it was no surprise when leaking around the chimney happened. But Neil's crew promptly responded when I called after the first heavy rain and I have had no other leaks. I would like to rate Mountain View Exteriors higher than 5.0 but's that's as high as the rating goes.

The installers (Greg and Tim) were awesome. Great job! Greg went above and beyond to assure that the job was completed on time by coming on Saturday to assure it would be completed.

Neil and his crew are amazing. Not only is their work top notch, they approach their work with the same care and respect as if it was their own home. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Mountain View Exteriors and plan on using them again for future projects.

This project started out only as a roof replacement. After the roof was replaced, it eventually grew into all new siding, new gutters, new shutters and new exterior light fixtures. The owner, Neil, made the initial contact with me within one hour of putting out a feeler on Home Advisor. Neil worked up an estimate quickly ,kept in contact with me regarding estimated start / end dates and color choices. I visited the site often , and his crew was always productive . They cleaned up after themselves daily. I was so pleased with the roof and the crew, that I did not look for anyone else when I decided to put on new siding, gutters and shutters. Neil's crew did it all , did it well, and were very skilled. The end results were fantastic! This is an honest and professional business. I would absolutely use Mountain View Exteriors again. They were a delight to work with! Thank you so much for your honesty , pride in your workmanship and great communication!

The project was an asphalt shingle roof, not a metal roof. The project was interrupted frequently by rain but was still completed in reasonable time with daily cleanup. The roof just withstood a violent storm, so the work quality has already been tested!

I got several quotes to replace my whole roof and replace some damaged wood. Mountain View Exteriors saved me a lot of money but didn't sacrifice on the quality of work! Neil and his workers did an excellent job, and all were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Mountain View Exteriors to anyone! I will not hesitate to let them do other work for me in the future!!!

After several delays the project was finally started. A two day project turned into a week and a half. Neil NEVER answered my questions after I made the final payment. It is like they received their money and they left. I hope nothing goes wrong with my windows because the customer service is dismal at best.

They did a fantastic job! I was expecting a 2 day job but they worked a long day and finished in about 11 hours. The roof looks great.

was late getting started because they were finishing another place, but when they did start, it all went smooth and fast. they replaced 8 windows and took out a door and window and replaced them with a sliding glass door. nice work and cleaned up afterwards

Neil at Mountain View Exteriors was a joy to work with. I live in Kentucky and don't have a dealer in my state who sells Sunrise Restorations windows. I called Neil and he took care of me. Our new house needed LOTS of windows and he made the process easy. We drove 3-1/2 hours to pick them up and can't wait to reap the energy savings. Some of the windows did come with incorrect grid patterns, but Neil went out of his way to make it right. I would highly recommend Mountain View Exteriors to anybody looking for new or replacement windows.

The owner was very informative. There was a delay of several days due to weather, but work was completed quickly once started and the area around the house was much cleaner than the last time I had my roof replaced.
