I had 24 Restoration Windows installed by Mountain View Exteriors. Neil was very informative during the sales process. Greg and Tim did a phenomenal job with the install, taking their time as if was their own house. My family enjoyed having them in our home. It was an overall great experience and the windows look great!

We enjoyed our whole experience. Neil as owner was very informative & the price was reasonable. We had 2 entry doors & 2 storm doors installed along with 12 windows & they are beautiful. The two fellas that did the installations were polite, hardworking & knowledgeable as well as fun to have around. Great personalities. We hope to be able to use them again to do an enclosed front porch.

Neil was an absolute professional, taking the time to personally assist me in finding the best type of roofing and best warranty for my situation. The crew were prompt, polite and took the time to clean the yard of debris when finished. Highly recommend this company; the project went flawlessly and very pleased with my new roof.

We researched having our windows replaced thoroughly. We could have had a cheaper installation, but decided that a quality job was worth the money. And it was! We were very impressed with all of the great reviews and established time in the business. Mr. Satterlee was in business for a long time in another state even prior to his long history here. The fact that they are out of Kodak was not an issue for them even though we were some distance away near Farragut. The crew was very polite, always on time, and did an excellent job. We were very satisfied and will recommend Mountain View Exteriors to others for certain.

The installation crew was very professional; they did a great job and the installation went well. The windows look great! We will definitely recommend Mountain View Exteriors to others.

Prompt service and excellent work. The workers were friendly and cleaned up everything after the work was finished. I don't have a single complaint.

Windows were installed today 8/8/17,workmanship was great the ,the windows were completed in less than four hours,I am completely happy with the entire job

Overjoyed with my windows by Mountain View Exteriors. The owner gave me some great advice for my new windows and the final project was amazing. Prompt service, scheduled around my erratic schedule and skilled, knowledgeable installers. A great value for the price. I would recommend this company to anyone needing windows, or other services they offer.

I used them for a new roof and gutters. They were very good at communicating, professional, and responsive. I observed a few very minor things associated with the installation and those were taken care of expeditiously. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The work quality was good, but I did collect a bucket full of trash ( old shingles, felt, nails). Installers broke one of my patio chairs and Never said anything about it. A cheap chair but still. Never got a follow up call to let owner know about this

It is very difficult to find competent contractors that provide quality workmanship. The crew members involved in replacing all windows on my 3 story house were second to none. There was no need for me to supervise in any way.They were their hardest critics and would not consider the job complete until they considered in perfect.
