We had our roof replaced, and we were extremely impressed. The roof looks great! During the process, the crew routinely cleaned throughout the day, being careful to get any nails around the side of the house. If we ever had questions or concerns, they were happy to stop and listen, as well as explain their process. That made me feel very safe with them, that they didn t mind us interrupting their processes to make sure we were comfortable. (This was our first major home project we contracted out, so we entered into this thing with questions and concerns) My neighbor worked construction and remarked that the crew clearly worked together regularly and had a clear system, and he was impressed with their work, as well as their approach to the task. They finished the job, cleaned up very well, and the price compared to competitors was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greg and Tim were very professional and did an excellent installation. They answered all my questions and made sure the windows worked properly. Very neat and cleaned up each day.

Neil, the owner of MVE, was very prompt with appointments and follow-up. I had no issues during the quote or installation process. The team of workers were efficient and worked in a professional manner. I didn't feel like I needed to be looking after every thing that they did. They did an excellent job of cleanup during and afterwards. Other than a small amount of debris that missed the dumpster there was almost no evidence that they had even been there. Overall Roof project was priced slightly higher than other competitors, but felt that the customer service, warranty and guarantees far was worth more than the price difference. I recommend giving Mountain View Exteriors an opportunity to earn your business .
